Die-cut USDOT lettering for your trucks. No background, just clean vinyl letters that look painted on. Sold as a set of 2, one per side of the truck (one for each door), and the price shown is for the full set.
Layouts:
- USDOT Only: USDOT and your number
- USDOT + MC: USDOT number plus your MC number
- Full Door Kit: company name, city and state (optional), USDOT, MC and GVW. Flat priced, available in 2" or 3".
Letter height: 2", 3" or 4" tall numbers on USDOT Only and USDOT + MC. The Full Door Kit comes in 2" or 3". On the Full Door Kit the company name runs a little bigger than the numbers so it stands out.
Material: black or white ORAFOL® premium vinyl, or white or yellow ORALITE® reflective so your numbers show up in headlights at night.
How the price works: USDOT Only and USDOT + MC are $9.99 per sq ft for vinyl and $29.99 per sq ft for reflective, with a $24.99 minimum per side. Square footage is the size of the lettering block on one door (width x height). Since every set is 2 decals, the smallest set is $49.98. Approximate lettering block per side:
- USDOT Only: about 16" x 2" (2"), 23" x 3" (3"), 31" x 4" (4")
- USDOT + MC: about 16" x 5" (2"), 23" x 7.5" (3"), 31" x 10" (4")
Full Door Kit pricing: flat price for a set of 2, one per side. A company name up to about 20 characters fits a standard truck door. If yours runs longer we'll flag it on the proof before we cut anything.

Every set comes pre-spaced on transfer tape so it goes on straight in one shot. Put your exact lettering (company name, USDOT, MC, GVW) in the order notes and we'll send you a proof before we cut anything.
FMCSA note: Under 49 CFR 390.21, commercial motor vehicles need the legal or single trade name and "USDOT" with your number on both sides of the power unit. Letters have to contrast sharply with the truck color and be readable from 50 feet in daylight while parked. Federal rules don't set an exact inch height, but 2" is the common minimum and some states ask for more, so 3" gives you some breathing room. Check your state rules if you're not sure.

Does it cost more if I want to print more than one color?
Nope, you can use as many colors as you want!
